Our salamis are aged about 4 weeks and are dry-cured and shelf stable. They do not require refrigeration, but are happy in your fridge or next to some frozen meat while they’re being shipped to you. Storage and consumption recommendations are included with your purchase.

Delivery

We offer $12 flat rate shipping for shelf stable items like salami and our soap if purchased on their own. If combined with other products, they will be included in the insulated 2 day shipping package.

We deliver (locally) or ship in our biodegradable boxes nationwide. All of our products are produced in inspected facilities with strict sanitary guidelines and are flash frozen before delivery. We will contact you via email when your delivery is scheduled.
