Selected from the nicest two animals we harvested over the summer, these boneless ribeyes were dry aged in house for over 80 days! We carefully butchered them into 1.5” thick “filet like” cuts weighing just over 8oz each. We like cutting them extra thick so you can achieve the perfect cook temp and the best sear.

Delivery
We deliver (locally) or ship in our biodegradable boxes nationwide. All of our products are produced in inspected facilities with strict sanitary guidelines and are flash frozen before delivery. We will contact you via email when your delivery is scheduled.
