Our 15lb case of pork bones is the gateway to your nourishing, at home, culinary adventure. Our bones are meaty (a bit more than we’d like actually, haha) and they are perfect for roasting and making broth, stock and soups. They tend to have enough meat on them to separate and use for stew, pulled pork or any pork meat addition you dream up. If anyone has a great tankotsu ramen broth recipe, let us know!
A lot of our cuts that we sell wholesale are boneless, which means we don’t use all of our bones. Selling them at a low price allows us to improve our yield, honor the animals we raise and hopefully fill your kitchen with delicious, gelatinous, nourishing food!
Delivery
We deliver (locally) or ship in our biodegradable boxes nationwide. All of our products are produced in inspected facilities with strict sanitary guidelines and are flash frozen before delivery. We will contact you via email when your delivery is scheduled.
