This box highlights all the hard work and skill that goes into our Farmer/Butcher/Chef business.

The large box is an incredible value and allows you to order the greatest variety of our house-made products. It’s popular as a subscription for 4+ families and as a single purchase for our hungriest and most inquiring of fans. Unlike the Farmer box, we’re able to customize the butcher box and field custom requests.

Subscribe

Each Large box includes:

3lb Fresh cuts | Combination of rib chops, loin chops or roast, tenderloin or coppa, occasionally ribs or shanks
(1) 4lb Shoulder or loin roast
6x 1lb Packs of sausage | brats, bulk sausage, etc
6x 12oz Packs of bacon
6x chef made items

SUBSTITUTIONS: In the case of allergies or extreme taste aversions, we are happy to substitute with ground pork or quarts of our house made bone broth.

Example Chef Made Items

Stock, dry cured “north country” ham, meat sticks, jerky, bacon burger patties, pulled pork and (if you choose and if available). Occasionally boxes may contain ground pork as a chef item.

Example Old World Items

Liver pate or blood sausage. We also love when customers ask for rendered lard.

Large box customers have the ability to choose doubles of every item or greatest variety. (example 2 packs of 3 different sausages vs 6 different kinds)


Delivery

We deliver (locally) or ship in our biodegradable boxes nationwide. All of our products are produced in inspected facilities with strict sanitary guidelines and are flash frozen before delivery. We will contact you via email when your delivery is scheduled.

Subscriptions

We love it when customers sign up for subscriptions, because it allows us to get feedback and custom construct each box for you and your family based on your needs and what everyone REALLY likes. We are always happy to postpone or pause subscriptions for a month or so as well. This model allows us to raise pigs, harvest, butcher with high yields, and prepare culinary items on a consistent schedule -also limiting the time our cold, callused hands spend using the computer. Pause or skip a month whenever necessary.
