100% Grass fed beef from Northern MN from either our small herd of Dexter beef

This is not your average pasty, super-lean, packaged beef. We take our butchering and grinding very seriously. Only whole muscle trim from the chuck, short rib, sirloin and round are used. We progressively grind our beef first through 3/8" then through 3/16" dies, which makes for a cleaner, steakier, more toothsome texture that’s perfect for burgers or any recipe that calls for ground beef.
