Shipping Information

Free Local Delivery with $130 minimum order

We offer free home delivery in the Duluth area, the North Shore up to Grand Marais and for the Twin Cities metro area. We contact you with our delivery date and basic ETA and drop your items off right at your door. If you aren’t home and it happens to be during the the few months where it’s not freezing outside, folks will leave a cooler out for us to put product in.

$25 Regional Delivery

For deliveries in MN, WI, MI, ND, SD, IA, IL, we will ship via UPS Ground. Most deliveries in MN will be delivered the next day, all others will arrive in two days. Orders are packed in biodegradable / compostable insulated boxes and shipped frozen. Orders are shipped at least every two weeks and are shipped on Monday or Tuesday for Wednesday or Thursday delivery. We will contact you prior to shipping.

Nationwide 2nd Day Air

Cancellations and Refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you’ve been billed and haven’t received your delivery yet, you will still get your final delivery. We do not offer refunds on our products, but if you have any questions or issues with your purchase, please contact us. We stand behind our products and we want our customers to be happy.
